RetailDesk is a desktop application you install on your Windows or Mac computer — like any other business software. Once installed it runs directly on your machine, no browser required.
Do I need a Shopify store to use RetailDesk?
Yes. RetailDesk connects to your Shopify store to read your product catalogue and push repriced drafts back. You'll need an active Shopify subscription.
Does RetailDesk store my customer data?
No. RetailDesk only accesses aggregate store analytics (traffic, bounce rate) and your product catalogue. No customer names, emails, or order details are ever stored.
How do I get updates?
RetailDesk updates itself automatically in the background. When a new version is available it downloads and installs when you close the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your Shopify Admin under Apps & sales channels. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
